I find myself kicking off another week surrounded by incredible people.

The Women's Industry Network (WIN) annual conference is this week in Tucson! 🔥💪🏼 I’ll be hosting 3 workshops, “From Imposter to Influence”.

Already such an open environment with friend connections made… eager to learn more stories and find meaningful ways to show up for one another.

Never even knew this group existed…. God has an incredible way of bringing people and opportunities together when you get out of the way and let Him 😉🙏🏼❤️

5 days in Miami for work… 2 days home… and another early flight today for another 5 days gone.

First off, can I please get a standing ovation for my husband who’s a total hunk and our family rock?! 👏🏼🙌🏼❤️

I was welcomed home with running tackles from Gentry and our pup Gus…. And the biggest, tightest hug from Jared.

Woke up the next day to this awesome note from my lil guy 🥹🙏🏼❤️ the phonetic spelling all on his own is what gets me!! You know he sat in there sounding this out just to give love 😭❤️

We soaked up the 2 days together before our next break. Eager for the work blessings ahead and even more eager for that front door greeting next Wednesday night!

Came into the Women in Retail Leadership Summit as an invited guest to speak and coach.

Leaving 3 days later feeling spiritually “full”

Met a lot of women who are sharp, accomplished, and carrying a lot… at work and at home. 💪🏼

And instead of posturing or competing, they just… showed up. ❤️

Curious. Open. Willing to listen. Willing to share. 🔥

People helping each other without needing a reason.

This is how you build community vs network… Pay attention. Stay present. Check your own stuff before you project it. Lead with intention, not noise.

Also a reminder that God regularly puts people in opportunities in front of us that we need to live out the next step in Our Purpose…. We just have to surrender control and calm the noise to hear Him 🙏🏼❤️

Grateful for the room. Grateful for the women. Grateful I got to be part of it.

So many epic moments from today, but the theme that stands out the most is simply authentic community.

It’s a sophisticated room full of strategic, abundant minded, women… All of whom are genuinely seeking to grow and wanting to pour into others…. Regardless of age, experience, title, etc.

Grateful to Women in Retail Leadership Circle for nurturing such an intentional environment, and allowing me to step into it.

So many epic moments from today, but the theme that stands out the most is simply authentic community.

As executives, we're taught the basics of how to forecast, manage expectations and drive progress... but often times we're not thoughtfully taught how to regulate the entire emotional temperature of an organization. We tend to learn that through experience, trial and error and a LOT of humble pie...

**I swear - make emotional intelligence and communication through unknowns a core class in college... teach me HUMAN skills. More beneficial than that one advanced accounting class I personally will never use...**

This experience was the catalyst to create ACRA (Active listening, Check your self, Reframe your energy and Authenticity in Action)... I'm so excited/grateful (and slightly intimidated) to lead two workshops on Navigating Chaos with Clarity and Courage at the Women in Retail Leadership Summit!!

Excited to be joining the Women in Retail Leadership Circle Summit in Miami as a featured coach and workshop host!

This one came through community… which feels right, because leadership doesn’t happen in isolation.

Especially for women.

We’re leading at work, at home, and everywhere in between... often carrying more than anyone sees.

And the challenge isn’t capability.
It’s how we show up in the moments that feel unclear or high-stakes.

We over-explain.
We over-carry.
We try to prove instead of guide.

The shift isn’t louder. It’s more intentional:

• Ask better questions
• Catch the story in your head
• Regulate your energy
• Make people feel seen... without losing yourself

That’s the core of ACRA.

He gives the next line... and waits to see if we’ll take the step.

Clarity isn’t about the full plan.
It’s about being faithful with what’s right in front of you.

Next steps lead to next encounters. Always have.

Anxiety is often discernment without a language yet.

Emotional awareness isn’t indulgent. It’s information.

And the leaders who last the longest
aren’t the ones who ignore what they feel...
they’re the ones who know how to listen to it without letting it drive.
