March has a beautiful way of reminding us how powerful women are when we connect. 💬
Not just at conferences or events…
But in everyday conversations.

In the moments when we admit leadership is rewarding—but also challenging.

🗣March is Women’s History Month, and while we celebrate the achievements of women, many women in leadership today are also carrying a lot. Alot😭💔

We are leading teams.
Serving our communities.
Supporting families.
Navigating uncertainty in the world around us.

Between global tension, economic pressures, and the everyday demands of leadership and marriage, many women are asking a quiet question:

“Where do I go to breathe?”

That question inspired this gathering.

On March 29 at 7:00 PM, I’m creating a space called “Enter the Group Chat.”

A reflective community conversation for women in leadership who are married and seeking rest, clarity, and wholeness. This is not another meeting where you have to perform or present.

It’s a space to:

✨ Pause and breathe
✨ Connect with like-minded women
✨ Share honestly about leadership and marriage
✨ Gain perspective and clarity
✨ Be reminded that you are not navigating this season alone

During a time when the world can feel heavy and leadership can feel isolating, community matters.

🗣There are two very important days in your life. The day you were born and the day you find out why‼️

The day you were born signifies to EARTH and to Hell that you have made your arrival. The day you find out why marks a deep understanding of your life's purpose, your "calling," or the driving force that gives your life meaning.

🔥🔥It's your own personal reckoning.🔥🔥

I am a middle child. I'm not sure if I FULLY agree with what science has to say about that😂.

Here is what's TRUE:

✅️I've always been a loner. I got in trouble for being antisocial 😂.

✅️Danced by my own music.

✅️Notably different from my siblings.

✅️ Excelled at whatever my hands touched, so my parents would see me🤓. Middle children can be weird like that🤣🤣🤣.

As a child, I was keenly aware that I was spiritually different from my siblings and my friends. In the sixth grade, I worked in the school library because I have always loved reading. I used that time to find every book I could to explain why I saw things before they happened, I knew stuff that I shouldn't know, and because I was too scared to tell people what was happening because I thought they would make fun of me. I was slightly freaked out 👀.

I was a pastor's kid, so I kind of knew something was going on with me and God. My eleven year-old self, thought I had ESP. See that's that desire to know and understand.I still have that🤓😂📚.

Years later, I learned that God was introducing me early to the spiritual gifts of wisdom, knowledge, discernment, and prophetic insight which ultimately was the call and anointing of God on my life.

I discovered one of the reasons why I was born. Experience taught me that I was a "cyclebreaker" in my bloodline. I had no idea at age six, I was making prophetic declaration... "I am never getting a divorce, my children will grow up in the house with their father".

🗣That kind of declaration in first grade is an "out of the mouth of babes" drenched in the Holy Spirit. Anointing was and is NECESSARY for the Hell and the cycles I was up against.

😭 Being gifted by God to break cycles in marriage is "Crazy, wild, and glorious work". Let me help you break some "cycles" in your marriage..

In their quest to find what their hearts desperately seeks, the strategy used by the majority of these women was prayer. It was not surprising to me at all.

🙏🏿Prayer often brings clarity, calmness and even a sense of purpose to daily leadership and marital chaos. These influential women kill it with strategy in leadership and business the majority of the time.
Where they struggled was how to prioritize their marriage, intimacy and fully show up in their careers and business without resenting their husbands or feeling like they can't have their marriage and make money too.

🎯Real Talk, as a woman in leadership, I know I fell flat on my face in this area more times than I want to count until I learned some fail-proof and divorce-proof strategies. Listen, you don't have to have to have a "meh" or a "hot mess" marriage while fake smiling on pictures and social media posts. Trust me it ain't fun.

You can have balance, you can lead with authenticity, and you can have that magnificent marriage that you dream about.
