We are prepped and ready to go! Please join us - still time to register for my virtual discussion series, Getting Comfortable Being Uncomfortable, where we tackle current topics and spark dialogue on important subjects.

April 14th 8-9 AM EST - 'Civility as a Leadership Imperative' with Toni L. Coleman Carter, Futurist, MSHRM, CDE, CCF, PDC, Jamie Graceffa, ODCP, Katherine Penn PhD, and Shilpa Pherwani, MA.

In a time when workplaces are navigating hybrid environments, multigenerational workforces, rapid change, competing demands and nonstop digital communication, one foundational principle is more and more important: civility.

Civility in the workplace is not about being polite for politeness' sake. It's about psychological safety, trust, accountability, and performance. It's about how we disagree, how we give feedback, how we lead through uncertainty, and how we treat one another when pressure is high. The pace of change around us is real, and it can feel heavy at times. Yet it's often in these moments that we're reminded of what matters most: how we lead, how we treat one another, and how we stay grounded when the path forward isn't fully clear.

Join us for a timely and practical conversation on civility in the workplace - how leaders can model respect, restore trust, and create a culture where collaboration and accountability thrive. We will gain practical insights and strategies to make civility a competitive advantage, because the way we treat each other drives both engagement and results. We will have a discussion with experienced leaders who will offer best practices and tangible strategies for fostering a workplace where professionalism and humanity coexist. Because culture is not built in big moments. It's built in everyday interactions.

How can leaders stand out in today’s increasingly competitive talent market?

Recently, I had the pleasure of being a part of Boyden US's latest episode of 'Breakfast with Boyden', with host George Cangiano, Principal, at Boyden.

Together, we explored the growing importance of personal branding for professionals navigating today’s evolving job market — and how leaders can position themselves with clarity, credibility, and purpose. A topic near and dear to me and one that applies to everyone, regardless of level or profession.
