A formal expression of opinion, will, or intent voted by an official body.

Senate Resolution 243 would designate the week of April 20–24, 2026, as Pennsylvania Local Government Week. As the Resolution works through the appropriate steps for adoption, we at Kafferlin Strategies will highlight the different forms of local government throughout the entire month of April.
