If your 11–12 month old’s sleep feels a little all over the place lately… you’re not alone 🤍

This age comes with so much growth, new skills, and changing sleep needs. Having a solid routine can make a huge difference.

Here’s a simple sample sleep schedule to help guide your day ⬆️
At this age, most little ones do best with 3.5–4 hour wake windows, 2 naps, and no more than 3 hours of daytime sleep to protect those nights.

Use this sample schedule as a guide, and remember - every baby is different! What matters most is finding a flow that feels good for your family.
