We're excited to welcome Kailey Madden to the Business Development Board of the Palm Beaches team as our Coordinator of Strategic Initiatives and Private Funding!

Kailey's journey with the BDB began as a summer intern for the past three summers while attending Florida State University. Now, we're thrilled to have her join us full-time.

In her new role, Kailey will help drive economic growth throughout the Palm Beaches by advancing strategic initiatives, supporting member engagement, and collaborating with BDB investors to help shape the region’s future.

More than 20 employers across the Palm Beaches are helping shape the next generation of talent through the 2026 BDB Summer Intern Program.

This week, interns from across the nation gathered at Palm Beach Atlantic University’s new Rinker Business Hall to begin a summer of professional development, networking and real-world experiences.
