We are addressing another instance of an unresponsive SolarEdge inverter. The system is not only malfunctioning but also lacks a configured monitoring site, which was supposed to be set up by the original installation company.

This omission hinders the homeowner's ability to compare actual production values with the utility bill.

Following thorough troubleshooting, we successfully obtained approval for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for a replacement inverter. Upon receipt, we will proceed with the swap and configure the monitoring platform accordingly.
