To most it would just appear a down piece of equipment, but to me it’s much more.
I used to think equipment had to say a certain name on the side, however as years pass I’ve found it’s much more. The name is just the beginning then how does the equipment perform, and most importantly how do they stand behind it after the purchase.
So let me explain, yes we were noticing a part failure on this track last night late when shutting down and cleaning tracks. I messaged the manager of Interstate Power Systems(local Liebherr dealer) 10pm while he was on vacation, answered phone immediately had tech out first thing this morning torn apart and parts on the way. Performance on these new machines have been great, Trimble Ready makes switching GPS a breeze, and dealer support absolutely phenomenal!
Thanks for not just selling a product, but standing behind it with integrity.
