I’m trying to get better here with my posts… I can’t think of
A better way to keep things going then to talk about The Lifeboat Project in Orlando, Florida.
This dedicated group of people are constantly in action. They are fighting the fight against human trafficking, as Florida is number three in the country. This is not a designation that they are proud of.
They fight every day against the perpetrators… the animals that force these mostly young women into a life that is impossible for us to even imagine.
Please,Look them up at lifeboatproject.org
If you have the ability to support them with a donation, please do.
They are helping a population that lives in the shadows. A population of people that need to be brought out into the sunlight. Young people that need to know that we care about them and their life is worth living.
I love these folks at The Lifeboat Project and all that they do!
I’m already looking forward to next year 😊

We are all told that it is dangerous to operate machinery without first reading the manual. But until now there has been no human manual and we have all have just struggled by, doing what we could to understand ourselves and the conditions in which we live. March 2026 was a great month!
The first weekend in March, I got to take a trip back in time with St. Patrick’s Episcopal Day School in DC. They really know how to rock the 70’s theme!
They transformed their gym into a magical place 🕺 💃

7 days later, We broke records at the McGuire Memorial Foundation Gala in Pittsburgh,PA. This was my eighth year in a row 😊

The next Weekend… A new venue with fresh vibes at Holistic Haitian Alliance’s, “Heart of Hope Benefit Gala”
We had a “game show” segment and I got to wear another jacket with Bling 😎
(Love my Bling!)

As a Benefit Auctioneer, I love what I do! I’m blessed to be able to help so many different people throughout the year.
Technology is one of the things that holds me back. Sure posting on Facebook and Instagram is easy right??
So why does it feel so overwhelming at times 🤔
And don’t even get me started on updating my website 🙄
I’ve had a great year so far with many more events to go.
Look for a few “photo dumps” of my year so far.
I’ll start here with my event, the end of January, earlier this year…..
Woods Academy 2026 Gala
Bethesda, Maryland 😊

Another record-breaking event for McGuire Memorial Foundation just outside Pittsburgh, PA!
McGuire Memorial enriches the lives of children and adults with mental and physical disabilities. They offer services and programs that enable these individuals to live life to the fullest. The environment that they provide allows every individual to thrive and grow in ways that they (or their families) would never think possible.

This is my eighth year with this organization. The support that’s in the ballroom with me each and every year never disappoints.
It’s an honor to be a part of the growth of the facility and programs over the years.
Looking forward to next year!

The Woods Academy, Bethesda Maryland annual Gala 2026….
This years theme was “Follow the call to the disco ball”
Rock The Future!!
This school has been providing quality education for over 50 years and I am proud to be a part of their success.
This year we exceeded our goal in raising close to $400,000
It’s always an honor to be a part of this event. Plus, I got to wear my bling! 😊
