No student should have to learn on an empty stomach.

For some students at Winston-Salem Street School, the lunch they receive at school may be the only meal they have that day.

A simple meal can mean more than food—it can mean focus, confidence, and the chance to learn.

Our students need us. If you can provide a lunch, donate snacks, or volunteer, you can help make sure a student doesn’t have to choose between hunger and learning.

Today I was honored to share time with the students of Winston-Salem Street School and talk about personal branding. I’ve been working closely with the Street School , producing videos, mentoring and now serving on their board. The students have touched my heart and are so appreciative of the volunteers and staff. They welcome positive speakers to help enrich the experience of the students. The end result are students who got a second chance and are now productive members of our community.
