We are looking for 10–12 Hmong Early Care and Education professionals to join us and share their experiences working in the field, the challenges they face, the support they have, and what they need moving forward.

Spent a couple of hours volunteering at Merrick today for their backpack and food drive, and my heart was full.

People were happy to be there, happy to serve, and happy to do something good together. It was also great to see employees from Ecolab and Elements showing up for the community.

At Faithful Consulting, we believe our responsibility extends beyond the work we do for our clients. Part of being a good business is being a good community partner and using our time, resources, and influence to contribute where we can.

We spend a lot of time teaching people how to speak up.

We spend far less time examining **how organizations decide whose voice is worth hearing.**

That distinction matters.
