Your mental health matters more than how well you hide your stress, carry everyone else’s weight, or keep pushing through exhaustion.

Healing isn’t linear, and you don’t have to do it all alone. It’s okay to ask for help, take a break, set boundaries, and choose yourself.

Therapy can help you better understand yourself, manage stress and anxiety, build healthier relationships, and create a life that feels more aligned and fulfilling.

Some people take notes and I paint! ☺️ There’s something powerful about watching a painting come to life in real time. 🎨

For me, live painting isn’t just about creating art. It’s about capturing atmosphere, emotion, worship, energy, movement, and moments that people may not even realize they’re carrying while they’re in the room.

Every color. Every layer. Every brushstroke means something.

Give yourself permission to breathe, to step back, and to reset. You are allowed to honor your limits without guilt.

I don’t teach people how to paint.
I create space for people to show up as themselves.

The art is in being fully you.

So when I walk into a room…I don’t bring perfect.

I bring my story. 📝
My grief. 🥲
My healing. ❤️‍🩹
My faith. 🙏🏾
My creativity. 🎨
My weirdness. 🙃
My Regina-ness.😝💚

Cool thing about it… that gives other people permission to do the same too.

That’s why people who swore they “weren’t creative” end up creating anyway.

Not because I taught them how to paint perfectly.
But because they felt safe enough to express honestly.

That’s Paint and Heal.

And yes… that’s me crying in the corner at the end. 😌
Because it felt good to be understood and “seen” 🥹♥️

Had a great time pouring into the women for their Healing and Wholeness Conference last weekend.

Today’s gentle focus:
• Shift your mindset — speak to yourself with belief, not doubt
• Release what no longer serves you — you’re allowed to outgrow
• Take one small, aligned action
• Protect your peace — boundaries are part of healing
• Honor who you’re becoming

Growth isn’t loud.
Sometimes it looks like choosing differently… again and again. Progress, not perfection.

Today, we honor the mothers, mother figures, nurturers, and caregivers whose love has shaped lives in seen and unseen ways.

Mother’s Day can hold many emotions at once—joy, gratitude, grief, longing, celebration, or pain. For some, this day is beautiful. For others, it may feel heavy.

At Thrive Therapy & Wellness, we want to gently acknowledge those who may be:
• grieving the loss of a mother or child
• navigating complicated family relationships
• longing to become a mother
• mothering while exhausted or overwhelmed
• healing from wounds connected to motherhood
• carrying silent emotions today

Whatever this day looks like for you, your feelings are valid. You do not have to force joy to deserve compassion.

May today offer softness, reflection, connection, and moments of peace—wherever you are in your journey. 🩷

Some seasons feel endless while you’re in them. 😩🙄
The grief.
The uncertainty.
The transition.
The waiting.

But no season lasts forever.🙌🏾

Be encouraged today… what feels heavy right now will not always feel this heavy. Shout out to for this reminder! There is still movement. There is still growth. There is still life beyond this moment.

Maybe it’s just me but that reminder feels real good when you’re sitting in the messy middle of it all 🙌🏾

I didn’t rush to talk about this.

If ima be honest, I didn’t really want to. 🥴
Grief and transition isn’t always an easy space to sit in… let alone share with the world.

But what happened in that Healing Lab?

It was too real to just move past.
Too powerful to act like it didn’t matter.

I can’t just check a box like, “Okay Lord, I did what You asked.”

So… let’s talk about it.

Sometimes anxiety tries to convince us that we need absolute certainty before we can move forward. But healing often begins when we remind ourselves:

“Maybe, but I can handle it.”

You do not have to have every answer to trust yourself. You are allowed to feel uncertainty and still take the next step. You are allowed to feel fear and still believe in your ability to cope, grow, and move through hard moments.

When your “what ifs” get loud, try shifting the question from: “What if everything goes wrong?” to “What if I’m stronger than I think?”

Give yourself permission to breathe, ground yourself in the present, and remember that resilience is built one moment at a time.
