COPPER THEFT - SUSPECT ARRESTED

Sentinel Security officers conducted a targeted search operation at one of our client’s sites.

Our teams together with site representatives recovered 8.68 kg of stolen copper material hidden in an employee’s private vehicle and concealed inside a machine in their work area.

The employee was arrested and handed over to Alberton SAPS for processing.

Well done to our High Risk Officers for the comprehensive search efforts during the operation yielding great success.

PROTEST ACTION - ALRODE

Sentinel Security High Risk Units together with Tactical Officers and Armed Response Officers were deployed after intelligence indicated planned protest action.

Protestors gathered in large numbers and showcased demonstrations in Alrode North, Alberton.

Sentinel Security teams were present throughout, monitoring protestors movements and assisting law enforcement with road traffic safety.

Sentinel Security confirms that no incidents of damage to property and / or injury occurred whatsoever.

2 SUSPECTS ARRESTED FOR HOUSE BREAK IN

Sentinel Security Control Room received a call from our client stating that something is not right by their premises.

Multiple Sentinel Security Armed Response Officers were dispatched.

Upon quick arrival, Sentinel Security teams searched the residence and successfully located two suspects on the property for house break in.

Suspects were arrested on scene and handed over to Brackendowns SAPS.

MEDICAL EMERGENCY

Sentinel Security teams were dispatched to a local fuel station following a report of a customer experiencing a seizure.

Upon arrival, officers effectively conducted scene management while assisting ambulance services, who performed necessary medical assessments.

The patient was subsequently transported to hospital by ambulance personnel.

Quick response and medical intervention ensured that the patient received the necessary medical care.

STOLEN TRUCK RECOVERED

Sentinel Security Tactical Units, alongside Tracker SA, responded to tracking coordinates of a stolen truck.

Teams began to search the area and deployed advanced drone technology for critical aerial support.

This led to the successful recovery of the stolen vehicle. All stock loaded on the vehicle was recovered.

STOLEN TRUCK RECOVERED

Sentinel Security Tactical Units, alongside Tracker SA, successfully recovered a stolen truck.

Several suspects forced entry into a business premises and stole two trucks during a business robbery.

Primary tracking devices were compromised by the suspects.

Backup tracking devices were activated leading to a nearby informal settlement.

Teams responded to the coordinates and recovered the truck after it had been abandoned by the suspects.

OPERATION SHANELA

Sentinel Security joined forces with law enforcement at the Brackendowns SAPS precinct as part of a recent Operation Shanela.

Sentinel Security operations team were deployed to the Roadblock and Saturation Divisions, working alongside SAPS, EMPD, Home Affairs Immigration Services, the Brackendowns Community Policing Forum, and other security stakeholders.

The operation yielded significant results, including a number of arrests, the seizure of dangerous weapons, and the recovery of illicit drugs.

Through this coordinated effort, Sentinel Security and law enforcement partners intend to create a safer Brackendowns SAPS precinct.
