🚨KIDNAPPERS TAKEN DOWN 🚨
JOHANNESBURG - GAUTENG

Approximately six weeks ago, a businessman was kidnapped in the Nelspruit area by heavily armed suspects travelling in three vehicles and armed with high-caliber rifles, including AK-47s and pistols.

Following extensive investigations and intelligence-driven operations, a joint operation consisting of CPS Security, SAPS, DPCI, EMPD CLU, EMPD SWAT, Mpumulanga Anti HIjacking unit and Crime Intelligence followed up on information regarding the suspects’ whereabouts.

The first suspect was successfully apprehended in the Brackendowns area, Further intelligence then led to a second suspect being traced and arrested in the Pretoria area after information was circulated to Pretoria Central SAPS.

Two vehicles used in the commission of the kidnapping were seized, along with one firearm. The suspects are currently undergoing further questioning as investigations continue.

This operation marks a major breakthrough in the case and once again highlights the effectiveness of intelligence-sharing and coordinated operations between private security and law enforcement agencies. 👏🚔

SUSPECTS ARRESTED
BRACKENDOWNS - EKURHULENI

CPS reaction officers responded to a panic from a client in Grassridge Street after reporting suspects inside the property.

The suspects fled through multiple properties before being cornered near the R59 highway after multiple CPS reaction vehicles responded to the scene.

Three suspects were arrested and found in possession of dangerous weapons, house breaking equipment, and suspected stolen property.

The suspects were handed over to Brackendowns SAPS and are currently facing charges.

Excellent teamwork by our officers and vigilant community members led to another successful arrest. 👏🚔

ALBERTSDAL - ALBERTON

CPS members responded after reports of a vehicle speeding through the area near an estate before fleeing the scene following an accident.

Reaction officers immediately searched the surrounding streets and successfully located the suspect vehicle hidden at a nearby property.

The driver allegedly attempted to evade responsibility by hiding inside the residence.

SAPS was contacted and attended to the matter for further investigation.

👏 Excellent observation and quick action by CPS members ensured the suspect vehicle was traced shortly after the incident.

🚨ATTEMPTED BUSINESS BREAK IN🚨
NEW REDRUTH - ALBERTON

CPS reaction officers responded immediately after an alarm activation was received at the premises. Upon arrival, officers discovered suspicious items that had been placed outside the main gate, believed to be prepared for removal from the property.

While securing the scene and awaiting the client’s arrival, movement was heard at the back of the premises. Backup arrived to assist and a suspect was successfully located and detained inside the property.

All items removed by the suspect were recovered and nothing was stolen from the premises.

👏 Excellent teamwork and fast reaction by CPS members once again prevented a potential theft.

🚨FRAUDSTER ARRESTED🚨
ALBERTON - EKURHULENI

Scam / Fraudulent Sale

CPS guards reacted swiftly after a panic activation was received regarding a dispute at the premises. Our response officers arrived on scene and discovered that a suspect had allegedly sold a fake iPhone to a buyer for R7000.

The situation quickly escalated after the buyer realised the cellphone was counterfeit. CPS members secured the scene and SAPS was requested to attend and handle the matter further.

👏 Another rapid response by CPS Security helping to maintain safety and order within the community.

SUSPECT ARRESTED
ELANDSHAVEN - ALBERTON

A panic signal alerted us to suspicious activity, where two suspects were spotted inside a property.

Reaction units responded immediately, and with the assistance of vigilant community members, one suspect was successfully detained on scene.

Stolen items were recovered. The matter was handed over to SAPS for further investigation.

ALBERTON NORTH - ALBERTON

A response was triggered after an alarm activation at the premises.

Our reaction officers wasted no time and arrived swiftly on scene—catching a suspect in the act of attempting to steal gas bottles.

Thanks to quick thinking, teamwork, and decisive action, the suspect was successfully detained before any escape could be made. SAPS was immediately notified, and the suspect was handed over for further investigation.
