CPS responded to a call for assistance after a domestic worker was robbed of her belongings.

The suspect was successfully detained and arrested for aggravated robbery and attempted theft. During the incident, the victim bravely resisted and sustained a stab wound to her hand. Medical assistance was immediately arranged, and we are pleased to report that she is expected to make a full recovery.

A big thank you to our community members for their vigilance, quick response, and assistance.

🚨ARRESTED FOR MURDER🚨
EKURHULENI - GAUTENG

Following intensive investigations and intelligence-driven operations, a joint team consisting of SAPS TRT , Alberton SAPS, EMPD CLU, and CPS Security successfully traced and arrested a suspect linked to a murder case.

The operation led members to the Vosloorus area, where the suspect was located and placed under arrest without incident.

Investigations remain ongoing, and a second suspect believed to be involved in the murder is still being sought by authorities.

👏 Well done to all members involved for their professionalism, teamwork, and commitment to ensuring those responsible for violent crimes are brought to justice.

🚨MOTORCYCLE WITH FALSE NUMBER PLATES LEADS TO ARREST🚨
BRACKENDOWNS - EKURHULENI

CPS Security members responded to a suspicious motorcycle and requested additional units to assist on scene.

Upon inspection of the motorcycle, it was discovered that the number plates fitted to the bike did not correspond with the motorcycle and were in fact registered to a Harley-Davidson motorcycle. Further investigation revealed that the VIN number on the motorcycle had been filed off.

The male suspect was unable to provide proof of ownership for the motorcycle. EMPD was contacted and attended the scene, after which the suspect was placed under arrest for possession of a motorcycle fitted with false number plates and related offences.

The suspect was detained at Brackendowns SAPS for further investigation.
