Audit with Attitude
On the 3rd August 2026, MGI RAS team had the honour of participating in the exciting “Audit with Attitude” student competition hosted by the Auditing and Accounting Department at the Central University of Technology, Welkom Campus.
Our delegates enjoyed an inspiring day engaging with passionate and talented students who demonstrated enthusiasm, creativity, teamwork and a strong interest in the accounting and auditing profession.
As part of the programme, the MGIRAS team delivered a motivational talk on careers in finance, accounting and auditing, sharing insights from our own professional journeys and encouraging students to remain focused, curious and intentional as they build their careers. We also highlighted the diverse opportunities available within the profession and the importance of continuously developing both technical expertise and professional skills.
Our delegates were also honoured to contribute to the “Audit with Attitude” competition, engaging with students as they showcased their knowledge, confidence and ability to work collaboratively.
Our firm believes that investing in future professionals goes beyond recruitment, it is about sharing knowledge, creating opportunities and inspiring the next generation of leaders in finance and auditing.
