Today, members of the Forwarding African Transport Services (FATS) team had the privilege of spending time with the wonderful residents at Botha's Rest Home.
Caron, Debbie, Lynette and Ami shared smiles, laughter and meaningful moments with the residents, treating them to delicious cupcakes and joining them in some fun, light-hearted exercises. It was a morning filled with warmth, friendship and genuine human connection.
Nestled in a peaceful setting overlooking the beautiful Valley of a Thousand Hills, with its tranquil gardens and breathtaking views, Botha's Rest Home provides a caring and compassionate environment for its elderly residents. It was a privilege for our team to spend time with the remarkable people who call it home.
At FATS, we believe that giving back is about more than donationsโit's about sharing our time, kindness and compassion. We are committed to supporting different community organisations each month, and today's visit was a wonderful reminder that even the simplest acts of kindness can brighten someone's day.
A heartfelt thank you to the staff of Botha's Rest Home for the incredible care they provide every day, and to the residents for welcoming us so warmly. We left with full hearts and many treasured memories.
