Here's what a referral network looks like when it's working properly.
Dave Robinson of Aztec has been doing work at the McClelland Adult Centre - a non-profit caring for intellectually impaired adults in East London since 1952. Much of it free of charge.
McClelland says it plainly: "Dave and his team go above and beyond." Dave says the same back: "Walk in and you see it immediately - every person there is treated with dignity."
