A finance technology implementation doesn’t need everyone, all the time.

Different stages need different people.

IT may be needed to establish access and integration.

Finance needs to define reporting structures, templates and what the numbers ultimately need to look like.

Implementation specialists then need to take that understanding and build a solution that works.

This week, we’re pleased for you to meet the person behind the LinkedIn posts, articles, campaigns and many of the other things that bring the Finnivo brand to life.

Esmé Eloff is Marketing Manager at Infinitus, who says few things give her more satisfaction than seeing the Finnivo brand out in the world, whether it’s an article published, a campaign brought to life or an exhibition stand taking shape.

Behind that marketing perspective is a career grounded in the industries she communicates about. Esmé started out in financial services and later gained experience in healthcare IT and professional services—experience that has shaped her understanding of the businesses and people she markets to today.

“Curiosity is one of the most valuable skills you can have. Asking questions and wanting to understand every part of a business has served me throughout my career. My advice is to stay curious and be a person your colleagues want to work with,” she says.

Away from work, Esmé takes her curiosity outdoors, photographing mushrooms and volunteering monthly at her local nature reserve, helping remove invasive plant species.
