South African Income Tax season for 2018/19 tax year will open up on 1 July 2019. Please remember to keep the following 5 documents ready & handy when doing SARS E-Filing:
#1 Your IRP5 certificate
#2 Medical Aid Tax Certificate
#3 IT3b/IT3c Certificate (Summary of all interest, dividends and capital gains earned through your investments.)
#4 Retirement Annuity Certificate
#5 PBO Certificate (Summary of the charitable amounts you gave during the tax year.)

After the E-filing was done, you need to store this documents in a save place for at least 10 years.
