One of the biggest lessons I’ve learnt after 13 years in B-BBEE is this...

Business owners rarely struggle because they lack ambition. They struggle because they’re expected to navigate increasingly complex requirements while still running and growing their businesses.

I’ve worked with organisations of every size and one thing has remained constant: The businesses that achieve the best outcomes treat B-BBEE as part of their business strategy. They ask questions early, plan ahead and make decisions with intention.
