Welcome:)
The page was started following the YASI cyclone in Australia. A page was created during the cyclone that I followed as part of my interest in the story. It showed that in times of crisis how critical a 'community page' is to keep people informed. Although we may never have a crisis of that magnitude to deal with it is good to know that the more residents we get onto this page the better our reaction could be. This page would give us an opportunity to share any information relevant to our community. Please feel free to discuss any matters affecting our suburb here! We can use this as a platform to discuss security, new development, service delivery or any topic a resident would like to raise and discuss. Also, share links to your local business fan page or website. Request referrals, etc and provide your 'Customer Experience' here as well so we all know which local companies are providing good service, price and quality in the area.
All members are also encouraged to to use this page as a way to communicate local events and news! How I pay the bills: pact - Brand Solutions (Cape Town based supplier of branded clothing, promotional items and gifts) For more information please like my business page: https://www.facebook.com/pactbrandsolutions
Please read the info section of the page and if there is ever an opportunity for me to be of service, please contact me. Thanks for being part of this community and interacting. It makes the effort of running this page so rewarding for me. Kind regards
Bianca
