If life has felt heavy lately, if you’ve been juggling business, family, goals, responsibilities and all the things in between... consider this your invitation to pause for a moment.

For our June circle we’re continuing on from our alignment workshop with a gentle morning of connection, reflection and support.

Today’s She Rises South circle was smaller than usual, but sometimes the smaller circles become the most meaningful!

We spent the morning checking in with one another, sharing wins and challenges, slowing down and creating space to simply breathe.

Mel guided us through a beautiful meditation around connecting with our heart space, letting things go and releasing the pressure of always needing to be productive.

We then moved into a mini workshop around alignment, exploring our values, what fills our bucket, what drains it, what serves us and what perhaps no longer does.

Interestingly, it felt perfectly aligned with where everyone is at right now. Lots of life shifts, changes, growth and re-finding ourselves.

And it reminded me of something important…

She Rises South was never created to be another networking event where you walk in feeling pressure to perform, pitch yourself or leave with another overflowing to-do list.

Life already feels heavy enough sometimes. This space was created to be softer.

A space for women in business, creatives, leaders and dreamers to slow down, feel supported, connect with like-minded women and take small meaningful steps forward without the pressure.

A place where you can arrive exactly as you are.

So if you’ve been watching quietly from the sidelines wondering if this space is for you…

Our next Circle Gathering 🌊

I honestly can’t believe we’re already in May… which means we’re heading into the final stretch before the end of financial year.

So for this next circle, we’re slowing things down a little and creating space to reset, realign, and move forward with intention.

This session will include:
✨ A gentle 5-minute mindfulness reset
✨ A short check-in to ground where you’re at
✨ A mini goal-setting, intention + vision workshop

Nothing overwhelming. Nothing complicated.

Just a simple, guided space to:
– reflect on where you are
– reconnect with what you actually want
– set a clear, aligned focus for the next few months

Think of it as a soft reset before EOFY…
A moment to pause, breathe, and take your next step with clarity.

As always, this is a space to come as you are, whether you’re feeling clear, messy, motivated or somewhere in between 🤍

Let’s take a moment to talk about She Rises South.

What started as a simple idea…
a space for connection, for honesty, for real conversations…
has grown into something so much more than I ever imagined.

Over the past months, we’ve watched this circle take on a life of its own. Women showing up not just to network…
but to be seen. To share the messy middle of business, life, motherhood, identity. To speak ideas out loud for the first time.
To be held in moments of doubt…and celebrated in moments of growth.

We’ve witnessed:
- businesses being born from conversations around the table
- confidence being rebuilt, piece by piece
- connections turning into collaborations
- women lifting each other up without hesitation

And the most beautiful part…Even when I couldn’t be in the room, the circle still held strong. Because this was never about me. It was always about us.

A community that leads itself. That supports deeply. That grows together.

And we’re only just getting started.

There are ideas forming…an expo, deeper connections, shared resources, more intentional gatherings…a future that feels expansive and full of possibility.

She Rises South isn’t just a networking group.
It’s a space where women remember who they are…
and who they’re becoming.
