🎉 The BATHURST FAMILY DAY OUT held on Saturday 16 May 2026 at Peace Park was a fantastic success, bringing together more than 2,000 people from across the community for this free event organised by Centacare.

Families enjoyed a wonderful range of free activities and entertainment throughout the day, including a beading station, Indigenous games, Johnny cakes, jumping castles, laser tag, live music, a magician, fire engine displays, and Uncle Bob Sutor playing the didgeridoo.

It was wonderful to see so many families, friends, volunteers, and partner agencies coming together to connect, celebrate community spirit, and showcase the valuable work being done across Bathurst.

A huge thank you to everyone who attended, supported, and helped make the day such a memorable community celebration! ❤️
