Congratulations Kyle from Smithy & Co. for winning this year’s Master Builders Sunshine Coast House of the Year Award ($5 million-$10 million category). It’s always a pleasure to work with Kyle and thanks to the clients for giving me the opportunity to design and document their dream home with loft and separate games room, pool, pool house, barn and shed.
