New Project | Beach St, Clovelly

A complete transformation is underway at this c1912 Federation Clovelly home.
This home will undertake a full renovation and extension, retaining the home's original charm, while creating a spacious, multi-level modern home within.

Below ground, a newly excavated basement will make way for a whole new level of living, complete with media room, kitchenette and cellar. Above, a reimagined open plan layout will flow across the upper level, with the primary suite and bedrooms crowning the top floor.
Outside, a new pool, sauna and landscaped surrounds will complete the picture.

With completion expected early 2027, we look forward to sharing the journey with you as this home takes shape.
