One of the biggest misconceptions about building a successful practice is that you need to have everything figured out before you start growing.

You don't.

You simply need to keep moving forward.

Imagine having someone to help you decide...

âś” What should I work on this week?

âś” Is this worth my time?

âś” What's going to make the biggest difference?

That's the kind of support members receive inside The Practitioner Circle.

Because progress feels a whole lot easier when you don't have to second-guess every decision.

One of the biggest surprises about running a practice...is how lonely it can feel.

Your family wants you to succeed.

Your friends cheer you on.

But they don't always understand what it's like wondering where your next client will come from.

Or whether your pricing is right.

Or why social media suddenly stopped working.

Or how overwhelming it feels trying to wear every hat in your business.

Inside The Practitioner Circle, you'll be surrounded by people who genuinely understand.

Practitioners who are walking the same path.

A place to ask questions.

Celebrate wins.

Get unstuck.

Sometimes the biggest breakthrough isn't another strategy.

It's knowing you don't have to do it alone.

đź’— I'd love to welcome you.

Do you ever feel like you're constantly chasing what you should be doing?

You should post more.

You should finally start email marketing.

You should learn SEO.

You should create more reels.

You should network.

You should...

It's exhausting.

Most practitioners aren't struggling because they aren't working hard enough. They're struggling because they're trying to follow everyone else's advice instead of focusing on what actually moves their practice forward.

The biggest shift I see in successful practitioners isn't that they do more.

It's that they stop trying to do everything.

Clarity creates momentum.

What's one thing you think you "should" be doing right now?

👇 I'd love to hear.

One of the biggest mindset shifts I made wasn't about marketing.

It was about treating my business with the same care I give my clients.

As practitioners, we're brilliant at showing up for everyone else.

We create treatment plans.
We follow up.
We invest in our knowledge.
We genuinely care.

But when it comes to our own business...

We squeeze it into whatever time is left.

We make decisions on the run.

We hope things improve rather than creating a plan for growth.

Your practice deserves more than leftovers.

It deserves intention.

It deserves strategy.

It deserves regular care and attention.

Because the healthier your practice becomes, the more people you can help.

That's not selfish.

That's sustainable.

Can I confess something?

I still get excited by shiny new ideas.

A new strategy.
A new platform.
A new offer.
A different way of doing things.

The difference now is that I don't chase every one of them.

I've learnt to ask one simple question:

"Does this move my current priority forward?"

If the answer is yes, I'll explore it.

If the answer is no, it goes into my "later" list.

Because every time we switch direction, we lose momentum.

The practitioners who build thriving practices aren't necessarily the ones with the most ideas.

They're the ones who finish what they start.

So here's my Friday question...

👉 What's one idea you've parked so you can stay focused on what really matters?

I know that's probably not what social media is telling you.

Every day there's someone encouraging practitioners to start a membership, launch a course, write an ebook, create a subscription, run a retreat or build another offer.

But here's what I've seen after years of mentoring practitioners.

Most don't have a revenue problem.

They have a clarity problem.

If your core offer isn't consistently attracting clients, adding another offer usually just creates more confusion, more marketing and more overwhelm.

Before you build something new, ask yourself:

• Is my current offer crystal clear?
• Do people immediately understand who I help?
• Do I have a simple way of attracting enquiries?
• Am I consistently filling the offer I already have?

A thriving business is rarely built by collecting more offers.

It's built by making one offer work really well first.

What do you think? Have you ever been tempted to create another revenue stream instead of simplifying what you already have?

Every week I get asked the same question...

"Where should I start if I want to grow my practice?"

It's a great question.

Because most practitioners don't actually need to do more.

They need to know what to do first.

Here's what I tell them.

✔️ Get crystal clear on who you help.
✔️ Make it easy for people to understand what you do.
✔️ Show up consistently, even when it feels like no one's watching.
✔️ Focus on building trust before trying to sell.

You don't need ten different strategies.

You need one clear plan that you stick to.

What's the biggest question you have about growing your practice? Ask it below. 👇

If I could go back and give myself one piece of business advice when I started my practice, it would be this:

Stop trying to figure everything out by yourself.

I spent far too long believing I had to know all the answers before I took action.

The reality?

You learn by doing.

Some decisions work.
Some don't.

But every step teaches you something.

Looking back, the mistakes I worried about at the time were often the lessons that helped me build the business I have today.

If you're feeling stuck right now, don't wait until everything feels perfect.

Take the next step.

Your future self will thank you for it.

Small actions create big results.

When practitioners tell me they want more clients, they often think they need to make huge changes.

Most of the time, they don't.

They need to do the small things consistently.

Here are three simple actions you could take today:

âś… Reach out to one past client.
A quick check-in email can often restart a conversation.

âś… Improve one thing on your website.
A clearer headline or stronger call to action can make a surprising difference.

âś… Start one conversation.
Comment on another practitioner's post, reply to messages, or introduce yourself in a local business group.

None of these take hours.

But repeated every week, they build momentum.

Small actions compound.

Which one are you going to do today?

One decision can change everything.

When people look at a thriving practice, they often think it happened because someone got lucky.

It didn't.

It was built through hundreds of small decisions.

The decision to finally niche down.
The decision to start showing up consistently.
The decision to invest in learning business skills.
The decision to stop waiting until everything was perfect.

No single decision transforms a practice overnight.

But each one moves you closer to the business and lifestyle you're trying to create.

You don't need to have the whole plan figured out today.

You just need to make the next right decision.

What's one decision you've been putting off?

👇 I'd love to hear.
