In collaboration with the team at we've created 3 seasonal, cold weather inspired gelato flavours, offered exclusively to our couples getting married this winter.
1. Campfire S'more
Using the classic chocolate gelato as the base, layered with pockets of house made marshmallow fluff, which is then torched to caramelise the sugars in both the marshmallow and the gelato itself. We then add a gluten free almond cookie crumble for crunch and a pinch of charcoal salt to add that smokey depth in flavour. An absolute winner!
2. Sticky date pudding
Farmers market, fresh dates that have been soaked and made into a paste which is then infused into the creamy gelato base. Paired with chunks of gluten free sticky date pudding with a butterscotch sauce, wow! When we think of winter desserts, this is the one. Now in gelato form.
3. Pear and ginger sorbet
Using fresh pears that have been ripened to their sweetest point and fresh ginger coupled with citrus for a clean, fresh AF sorbet. A very seasonal flavour that's only here for a short time, we can't get enough!
