Demographers across the world have been advising governments for decades to plan for population ageing - the challenges and the opportunities.

Population ageing is a success story - we are living longer, healthier, more active and productive lives.

To capture these opportunities and mitigate the challenges, we need to design our systems effectively for it - housing systems, labour force systems, tax systems, welfare systems, health systems, care systems - instead, these systems and their interconnectedness have been ignored to the deteriment of us all.
