Update from Nigel.
It’s been a big week working on the electrical supply panel but it’s finally all up and running. All of my Renogy components are now talking to each other, an interesting set up as some comms are via blue tooth and others via wifi hotspot or over the internet, it makes for a pretty cool setup. I have connected to shore power and charged my batteries with the inverter charger, I was initially a bit shocked at a charge rate of 120 amps but all was normal and now have the shunt fully calibrated. All of the systems now run off the house batteries (including fridge) and all that’s left is to push it outside to test the solar panels, hoping for some sun tomorrow 🤞 With any luck I may get it up on the camper jacks 😀

Happy new year to you all and the growing 450 odd followers.
JP & Elsbeth are into the design phase of camper No:6 In northern NSW. Out 1st for 2026. This one to be filled to an extra cab Hilux. After the fabulous outcome of Nigel's camper the pressure is on, however I'm told this build will be done over a glass of red wine over the course of 2026. A few pics on how we do things s littel differently.
