This year included a few meaningful milestones for but before we get into that.... the video has a little surprise after 15 seconds......
The video has been recorded from Bundjalung Country in the Northern Rivers of New South Wales Australia. You’ll hear birds. That’s not accidental. It’s intentional as the work we do with SDG Align is grounded in country and community and we try to live it every day. Challenging as it may be sometimes in regional Australia.
2025 was about building momentum, and 2026 is about continuing to Sustainable Growtih with a Purpose in collaboration with councils, regions, and businesses that want to move away from Business as Usual and improve how they operate in changing times.
A big shout out goes to Karlo Lao-Read for his effortless work on the new SDG Align Toolkit and for being a great person to work with. To for keeping us on our toes with the latest developments and to Ernest du Toit, Andrew Rose and Alicia Waddington for their belief in the Circular Northern Rivers project. A big thank you to Kate Henderson and for the opportunity they gave us to engage with and help businesses in to build resilience, community and improve on their sustainability capabilities.
For us, our work stays grounded in place, community, and long-term thinking. We’re looking ahead to 2026 with a focus on practical, place-based sustainable business improvement. Helping businesses make sustainability practical, not abstract.
Less talk, more traction, fun and action.
Wishing everyone a good break and time with family and friends.
See you on the other side.
