We’re growing and looking for an experienced, licensed electrician to join our team and become a key part of the next chapter of Charged Energy!

This is more than just another electrician job.

✔️ Your own fully equipped Charged Energy truck
✔️ Solar & battery installations
✔️ Fault finding & commissioning
✔️ Site assessments
✔️ Lead installers & apprentices
✔️ Work directly with customers
✔️ Genuine autonomy to run your own jobs

We’re looking for someone who is experienced, reliable, takes pride in their workmanship and can confidently get the job done without being micromanaged.

Our goal is for this person to grow into a senior field leadership role and eventually be able to independently manage our installation work — taking pressure off our directors and becoming a trusted technical leader within the business.

You’ll need:

✔️ Queensland Electrical Mechanic Licence
✔️ Proven solar & battery experience
✔️ Strong fault-finding skills
✔️ High standard of workmanship
✔️ Great communication & customer service
✔️ Ability to work independently
✔️ Leadership mindset & great attitude
