Because AI is moving beyond “write me a caption” or “make this email sound better.” Agent Mode is part of a bigger shift toward agentic AI, where AI tools can help work through multi-step tasks, not just answer one-off questions. For example, instead of asking ChatGPT for ideas for a trip, you might ask it to help plan the actual steps:
