Yesterday, we had the privilege of working with 47 team members from Glenorchy City Council. What a session it was!

The team leaned in, contributed, challenged ideas, and explored what’s possible when everyone is pulling in the same direction.

When organisations create the space for people to connect around common goals, good things happen. Conversations become actions. Ideas become momentum. And momentum becomes change.

Today, Sammy joined Mentor Walks alongside an inspiring group of women at all stages of their leadership journeys.

One theme that stood out was leadership, and how to lead well while staying true to yourself and maintaining your wellbeing along the way.

The conversations were honest, thoughtful and generous, with experienced mentors sharing insights gained from decades of leadership experience.

Some of the best learning happens through connection, conversation and the willingness to ask great questions!

Thank you to Mentor Walks for creating such a valuable space for women to learn, grow and support one another. 💛

Yesterday I had the pleasure of attending the Devonport Chamber of Commerce and Industry Inc. Conference. It was a fantastic day!

I made some wonderful new connections, had some great conversations, and left feeling genuinely inspired by the calibre of the speakers and the insights shared throughout the day.

There was a strong focus on Tasmania’s economy, the future direction of business, and the opportunities ahead for our state, with plenty of practical takeaways and thought-provoking discussion along the way.

A huge thank you to the organisers for bringing together such a valuable event for the North West business community. Looking forward to continuing the conversations and collaborations sparked throughout the day. 🙌

Meanwhile, Sammy has been enjoying the sessions, attending the BNAA lunch in Hobart thanks to Michael Preece, and heading to Launceston today for the Chamber budget lunch.

When Alyssia Kennedy reached out about joining our Management Accelerator, the SCALA team was pretty excited to know who was on the other end of the phone.

Alyssia was recognised as a Young Achiever of the Year finalist last year, and joined Chris for her first session in the North West yesterday. It's easy to see why she is such an inspiring person!

Both Alyssia and Chris are involved with The b kinder foundation, doing incredible work supporting kindness, connection, and community.
