Over the last 8 years, Harley’s journey with Credo is a great example of dedication and hard work. He started out with us as a casual team member and has consistently pushed himself to grow and step up to new opportunities and earn his role as a State Lead Installer. His progress is a direct result of his passion for delivering great work and his constant support for everyone around him. 🎉

A great opportunity and a well-earned achievement for our State Lead Installer Joel, who recently took on the role of Site Supervisor at Coles Glen Iris [VIC].

Stepping into a leadership position, Joel did an excellent job coordinating the site and keeping the project on track, demonstrating his commitment, professionalism, and ability ensure the project ran safely.

We take safety seriously at Credo, and this month’s Safety Champion is Yazz. 👏

Yazz consistently demonstrates an outstanding commitment to safety; not only for herself and her team, but for everyone on site. She is proactive in identifying and calling out hazards and takes the initiative to resolve issues as they arise.

She always wears the correct PPE, maintains a clean and safe work area, and ensures exclusion zones are correctly set up around her work zone.

Yazz also maintains excellent communication with her team, helping to create a safer and more efficient work environment.

We’re pleased to recognise Paul Cinc (SA) and John Holt (WA) as our Team Members of the Month.

Paul has quickly made a strong impact since joining as a Labourer in January 2026, bringing enthusiasm, initiative, and a proactive approach across multiple Coles sites in South Australia.

John has consistently led by example since joining in August 2025, showing strong commitment and reliability across Coles, Reject Shop, Liquorland and TK Maxx sites in WA.
