You want it done properly, done yesterday, and for next to nothing?..😂
It’s called the project management triangle, and it’s pretty simple.GOOD + FAST: You’re paying for expertise and prioritised delivery, so it won’t be cheap.

GOOD + CHEAP: You can get a quality result without spending a fortune, but you’ll likely need to give it more time.

FAST + CHEAP: Something usually has to give, whether that’s the quality, the testing or the level of customisation.

And when it comes to your system setup, there’s another cost people often forget to factor in: the cost of getting it wrong.

A poorly built backend can mean leads slipping through the cracks, automations that don’t fire, hours spent troubleshooting and paying someone else to fix what should have been done properly in the first place

And that's no small thing.

It's so easy to get caught up in what you haven't achieved yet that you forget to appreciate how far you've already come.

So take a second to be proud of yourself.

You chose to back yourself. You chose to try. And you keep showing up, even when it's hard.

Not every day will feel great, but how lucky are we to have the opportunity to build a life and a business on our own terms?

Let’s talk about tabs in your brain for a second.

I bet you’ve got about 100 open right now.

Clients. Content. Sales. Emails. Your next launch. That thing you forgot to reply to three days ago. And SO. MUCH. MORE.

And then there’s the tech tab.

The one where you’re constantly thinking about which platform something lives in, whether it’s connected properly, where that lead came from and what the hell is supposed to happen next.

That tab takes up WAY more mental space than it should.

You wouldn’t hand your finances to someone who just knows how to use Xero.

So why treat your backend like it only needs someone who knows how to build a funnel?

There’s a big difference between using the platform and understanding how your whole business should work inside it.

Your backend deserves the same level of attention as your books.

You can absolutely build your own sales page. Connect Stripe. Upload your course. Set up a few emails.

And honestly? Good s**t. Keep learning.

But there is so much more sitting inside that account.

Behaviour-based automations.
Re-engagement.
Pipelines.
A/B testing.
Integrations.
Lead tracking.
Sales call data.
Different journeys based on what your leads actually do.

And the thing is, you don’t need to use every feature just because it exists.

You need to know what your business actually needs, then build it properly.

Because if you’re working towards $30k, $50k, $100k months or beyond, your backend needs to be able to keep up with the business you’re building.

There’s a bigger reason behind this client’s messages that you can’t see in the screenshots.

She’s at capacity with her one-on-one work.

She could keep filling her calendar, taking on more clients and trading more of her time for more money.

But that’s not where she wants to stay.

She’s stepping into the next version of her business.

More coaching. More training. More scalable offers.

And yes, that comes with the inevitable “who the hell am I to do this?” moments.

But it also means she’s building something that doesn’t rely on her having another hour available every time she wants to make more money.

That’s the freedom I care about.

Not just being able to work from wherever you want.

Being able to build a business that gives you options.

My job is to take the tech and systems off her plate so she can spend her time doing the work only she can do.

Long story short I use GHL.

Why?

I don’t want to pay for another tool to do a couple of things I can already do inside GHL.

Could ManyChat be useful? Absolutely.

If you’re getting hundreds or thousands of new followers, automatically starting those conversations could save you a lot of time.

For me, I actually prefer to personally DM people when they follow me. I’ve never had the volume where I couldn’t manage that myself.

So there are pros and cons to both.

But if you’re looking to simplify your tech stack, it’s worth checking what GHL can already do before adding another subscription.
