You are going to love our Autumn/Winter Wine and Food Pairing Experience featuring our beloved Bluegrass wines.
Chef Chiero has put together a hearty, slow-cooked comfort-food menu to match each wine bracket.
This guided wine flight includes six Bluegrass wines presented side by side - taste the 2023 new release vs the aged release. Three brackets. Three dishes.
🍷 Course One
2023 Bluegrass Shiraz + 2017 Bluegrass Shiraz
Slow cooked beef cheek with creamy mash, tuscan kale and red wine sauce.
