More pruning spam and the sign of a job well done- how lovely and neat the vineyard looked after pruning was completed for Winter.

🍷 A tasting straight from the barrels of our V2026 Wild Ferments.

This vintage has certainly been a challenging one, but the w**es don't seem to think so! They're tasting delicious - vibrant, bright and full of juicy, fruity characters.

Flip Fizz is a vinho verde style of w**e, with a slight spritz. it's been made with a blend of 6 of Swinging Gates white grape varieties.

Match with grilled seafood - Tassie Scallops would be perfect & it's perfect timing with scallop season starting now.
