Almost 200 leaders. One important conversation: how do we turn AI ambition into measurable outcomes?
Last week, PM-Perspectives 2026 brought together business, technology and transformation leaders to explore what it really takes to move beyond AI experimentation and create measurable business value.
We also unveiled Australia’s AI Adoption & ROI Benchmark 2026 — new PM-Partners research examining how Australian organisations are adopting AI, where value is being realised, and where significant gaps remain.
🔹 44% say managers aren't equipped to lead AI-enabled teams
🔹 15% report consistent team-level or embedded AI use
🔹 56% don't measure how many AI experiments make it into production
🔹 89% cannot demonstrate broad measurable ROI from AI
🔹 Just 3% report a mature AI operating model
A special thank you to Christina Arcane, who did a fantastic job as our MC — keeping the evening engaging, entertaining and moving seamlessly from one conversation to the next.
Thank you to John Greenwood, Mike Boutel and Evan Stubbs for sharing their perspectives, and to Ramesh Raghavan for bringing Calvary Health Care’s real-world AI journey to life in conversation with our CEO, Dominic Frost, during their fireside chat.
And, of course, thank you to the almost 200 guests who joined us and contributed to the conversations throughout the evening.
One message came through strongly across the research and the conversations:
Adopting AI is only the beginning. Turning it into measurable value is the real work.
