At Alchymia Distillery sustainability is important to us and at the core of all of our processes.

Did you know when we make our new make spirit for our Single Malt Whisky we use our 9 plate vodka column to turn our 'feints and tails' into our base spirit for Alchymia Vodka, Coffee Liqueur & Limoncello !!
The foreshots (all the high volatiles that come off at the beginning of your final distillation) is used weedkiller on the car park and our spent grain becomes cattle feed! We even dehydrate the zest that makes our Limoncello and use it as a topping on one of our cocktails!

Nothing goes to waste!

We also ask people to bring us back their empty bottles and give them $5 to do so, this allows us to strip the labels, sanitise the bottle twice and reuse them!
