Fitter & Turner Apprentice
Start or continue your apprenticeship with a team committed to developing skilled tradespeople. Gain hands-on experience across hydraulics, CNC machining, fabrication and heavy equipment repairs from day one.

Fitter & Turner Tradespeople
Work on a diverse range of machining, fabrication and precision repair projects, from one-off component overhauls through to larger production runs.

Diesel Fitters & Mechanics
Whether your background is hydraulic, diesel or general mechanical work, we'd love to hear from you. We're also happy to invest in the right Light Vehicle Mechanic looking to transition into the diesel and hydraulic industry.

Called out this week for a machine down.

Team got in there and quickly diagnosed what the customer thought was going to be an expensive pump replacement was actually a travel hose that had blown and was hidden away.

Replaced all 4 travel hoses and had the machine back up and running in no time.

Great result for the customer, what could've been a costly pump rebuild turned out to be a straightforward hose replacement. Always worth a thorough look before jumping to conclusions!

Out on site this week doing an initial assessment on an 85t excavator with a main pump starting to feel the heat of full production.

Workshop Supervisor

You'll be running the floor, keeping jobs moving, and working alongside a crew that handles everything from hydraulic hose and fittings to CNC machining and heavy plant maintenance.

We're looking for someone to grow with us as we expand, and take on anything from full machine overhauls to bulk manufacturing with our CNCs

Mechanical or Diesel Fitters

Hydraulic, diesel, or general - if you're hands-on, reliable, and take pride in doing the job right, we want to hear from you.

We're a busy, growing workshop based at Mount Louisa with a strong client base across North Queensland and NT. With more dealerships coming on board the work we do is diverse from grease system installs to mobile plant maintenance.
