This sparkling w**e is crafted using the traditional méthode champenoise, spending 16 months on tirage.⁠
⁠
Expect fine, persistent bubbles, aromas of pear and apple custard, and a beautiful balance of fresh citrus, apple and brioche, with a lovely creamy finish.⁠
