We can use either the twin steer tilt truck or the drop deck widener behind the 909

Twin steer can carry up to 14.5T and has a usable deck of 9.2m

909 can carry up to 30T, up to 14m and can also be oversized up to 3.5m wide.

We probably don’t talk about the workshop enough…

Despite barely advertising it lately, we’ve been busier than ever.

These days we specialise in 🇺🇸 American Trucks — particularly Silverados & RAMs — and Toyotas. We’ll still work on other vehicles (and I definitely don’t mind a GTR sneaking through 🫣), but these platforms are our bread and butter.

We’re no longer doing performance builds or massive projects. The dyno went to Weiry’s Mechanical when we downsized earlier this year.

These days it’s all about servicing, fleet maintenance, touring vehicles, clutch, suspension & exhaust upgrades, and general repairs.

Anyone who knows me knows I’ve got a soft spot for Silverados. We average around 7 Silverado 2500s through the shop each week, so I know these trucks extremely well.

It’s the little things that matter too. I regularly see 2500s come through with MAP sensors that clearly haven’t been cleaned at previous services. It’s something we do every service because knowing the platform means knowing what gets overlooked.

One thing I’ll always be upfront about:

If you need your service done yesterday while you wait, I’m probably not your guy 😂

Transport is the main focus of MDX these days, so sometimes I’m ducking out in the tilt truck between workshop jobs. Your vehicle may take a little longer.

But in return, you’re getting someone who actually knows these vehicles, works on them constantly and genuinely enjoys them.

The RAM 5500 pictured is another level — 4–8” LiquidSpring suspension, 41s and over 7.5T. Absolute monster. 😂

So if your Silverado, RAM or Toyota needs some love, get in touch.

We might not be the fastest workshop in town…

But you’ll be happy when you get it back. 🤙
