FEAR CAN KEEP YOU STUCK LONG AFTER THE DANGER IS GONE.
Before my car accident in 2012, exercise was part of my routine. But after that accident, fear changed the way I looked at exercise. I became afraid of getting hurt again, and slowly, procrastination took over.
The truth? Sometimes we do the same thing with opportunities.
We see something real. We become curious. But fear makes us hesitate, overthink, and keep saying, “I’ll do it later.”
And before we know it, we can spend years living from fear instead of faith, belief, and action.
I’m learning that moving forward doesn’t mean you have no fear. It means you refuse to let fear make your decisions.
What opportunity might you be postponing—not because it isn’t real, but because you’re afraid of what could happen if you actually took the first step?
