Are you an experienced carpenter ready to take the next step into a leadership role?

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Head Carpenter to lead our restoration and reconstruction team. This is a hands-on position where you’ll oversee projects, mentor team members, and help homeowners and businesses recover from property damage.

What you’ll do:

✔️ Lead and support field crews
✔️ Read blueprints and project scopes
✔️ Framing, finishing carpentry, flooring, drywall, and repairs
✔️ Install doors, windows, trim, cabinets, stairs, and moldings
✔️ Assess and repair damaged structures
✔️ Coordinate daily project activities
✔️ Maintain quality workmanship and safety standards
✔️ Participate in occasional emergency response work

What we’re looking for:

🔹 Minimum 4 years of carpentry experience
🔹 Leadership or crew supervision experience
🔹 Strong framing and finishing skills
🔹 Flooring installation experience
🔹 Comfortable using power tools and reading plans
🔹 Valid G full driver’s license
🔹 Positive attitude and strong work ethic
