We’re working away at our Gilmour St project! The guys are installing metal flashing used to help divert water away from a negatively sloped ledge. The flashing is installed into a starter strip and will be slipped into a reglet at the top before having the edges sealed with polyurethane sealant.

🚨 New site alert 🚨 Our team has begun work at 379 Gilmour Street doing some repairs for water management issues around the ground floor perimeter of building. We’ve removed a section of wall as we get ready to replace it and get everything sealed up once again!
