We are pleased to announce another important milestone for our flagship Lac Knife Graphite Project in Québec, supported by up to C$1.93 million in combined federal and provincial non-dilutive funding:

⚜️ Up to C$554,050 in newly approved funding from the Société du Plan Nord, covering 50% of eligible planning and development costs for the proposed all-weather access road.

🇨🇦 Up to C$1,378,700 from Natural Resources Canada (NRCan)'s First and Last Mile Fund (FLMF), previously announced to support road and electrical infrastructure planning.

To advance the access road toward construction readiness, Focus has engaged Construction & Expertise PG inc. to undertake approximately 11 kilometres of geophysical investigations, 60 geotechnical test pits, subsurface characterization and detailed road and drainage engineering. Importantly, this work is taking place almost entirely on the existing road.

These investments are helping us systematically reduce development risk, strengthen Lac Knife's investment case and advance critical infrastructure while minimizing shareholder dilution.

A new report highlighted by Business Today points to graphite as a potential choke point in the global battery supply chain, with China controlling roughly 90% of anode-material capacity and nearly all graphitisation capacity. At the same time, global battery demand is projected to more than double by FY30. 📈

Focus Graphite Inc. has engaged Groupe Synergis, a member of BBA Consultants, to complete a complementary environmental field program supporting the planned access road at Lac Knife.

The work advances environmental planning and permitting for a critical piece of Project infrastructure, while also generating updated environmental data that may support the broader Lac Knife Environmental and Social Impact Assessment ("ESIA").

The Program covers approximately 550 hectares, including the preferred road corridor and surrounding Project areas, with fieldwork expected to be completed by early November.

Each workstream moves Lac Knife closer to its next stage of development.

Canada is making it cheaper to build.

Following the Canada Investment Summit, the new Productivity Mega Deduction further strengthens the case for investing in Canadian critical minerals.

At Focus, we think the real advantage starts with the right geology.

Lac Knife is a high-grade, high-quality graphite project with ~15% Cg feed grade, completed feasibility, and a relatively low initial capital requirement (one of the lowest in the Deal book).

Grade matters. It means less material moved, less processing, and less capital required to produce the same amount of graphite.

Graphite is already on the list.

The European Union’s dual-use framework controls specific high-performance graphite used in nuclear systems, missiles, aerospace and space-launch applications.

Two examples:

Nuclear — 0C004
• 1.50 g/cm³ density
• >1 kg
• Intended for nuclear-reactor use

Defence & Aerospace — 1C107
• ≥1.72 g/cm³ density
• ≤100 μm grain size
• Certain graphite for rocket nozzles and re-entry vehicle nose tips used in missiles and space-launch vehicles

These aren’t consumer applications.

They are materials supporting strategic energy, propulsion, missile, aerospace and other mission-critical systems.

For Focus Graphite Inc., that matters.

With the transformation expertise of American Energy Technologies Company, Lac Knife has demonstrated nuclear grade 99.9996% carbon purity and 2.03 ppm Equivalent Boron Concentration (EBC) through electrothermal purification.

And Lac Knife graphite has already moved beyond the lab. It was incorporated into nozzle components for Pluto Aerospace Inc.’s Dash 1 Flight 003 solid-fuel rocket and flight-tested successfully.

Canada is putting investment in the spotlight. We’re already putting capital to work.

As the Canada Investment Summit brings global investors and Canadian industry together, Focus Graphite Inc. continues to execute on a capital strategy designed to advance our programs while protecting shareholder value.

Today, Focus announced a C$2.0 million revolving credit facility with CIBC, providing working-capital flexibility to bridge the timing of expenditures and reimbursements associated with more than C$15 million in previously announced non-dilutive federal funding from Natural Resources Canada (NRCan).

The key point: no equity. No warrants. No incremental dilution associated with the Facility.

By combining government-supported funding with conventional bank credit, we are working to put the right capital to work at the right time, while reducing the need to access equity markets simply to fund short-term reimbursement cycles.

Focus Graphite Inc. is heading to the Canada Investment Summit 2026.

We’re pleased to announce that Focus will participate in the Canada Investment Summit, taking place September 14–15 in Toronto and hosted by Prime Minister Mark Carney in partnership with CPP Investments | Investissements RPC and PSP Investments | Investissements PSP, with our 100%-owned Lac Knife Graphite Project also included in the Summit’s investment deal book and positioned in front of global institutional and strategic capital.

Lac Knife is no longer an exploration story.

The 2023 Feasibility Study Update outlines:

• 9.31 Mt of Probable Mineral Reserves grading 14.97% Cg
• 27-year mine life
• ~50,000 tonnes of graphite concentrate annually
• C$2.76 billion in projected life-of-mine revenue
• C$500.6 million pre-tax NPV8%
• 29.1% pre-tax IRR
• C$236.9 million in estimated pre-production capital

Importantly, those economics do not include the broader higher value advanced material platform being developed by the Company.

The need for secure, allied critical mineral supply is well understood. The next step is building the projects that can provide it.

North America does not secure a critical-material supply chain by simply extracting graphite.

It has to be able to process it, qualify it and manufacture advanced materials from it at scale.

Focus Graphite Inc. and C4V are taking the next step.

We have signed an MOU to evaluate a North American mine-to-anode platform combining Lac Knife’s high-purity natural graphite concentrate with C4V’s Green Anode Technology.

The starting point matters.

Lac Knife has demonstrated concentrate grades of up to 98.7% carbon through mechanical processing alone — without chemical or thermal purification.

C4V’s technology has already advanced through natural-graphite development and customer qualification, ultimately supporting a binding offtake agreement with a globally recognized U.S. EV and battery-storage manufacturer.

The technology was not the reason the commercial pathway failed to advance.

Now there is an opportunity to build on that technical foundation with Lac Knife.

When it comes to critical minerals, the strategic challenge is shared between Canada and the United States: building secure North American supply chains that reduce dependence on concentrated foreign sources. 🇨🇦🤝🇺🇸

just made the largest clean energy investment in North American history — nearly $70 billion in combined construction projects designed to expand clean power and unlock economic development across the Labrador Trough.

This week, Prime Minister Mark Carney highlighted Focus Graphite Inc.'s road and power infrastructure initiative as one of four strategic pre-development projects being advanced through Natural Resources Canada (NRCan)'s First and Last Mile Fund.

At the same time, we completed the next piece of the work.

An independent electrical study by Norda Stelo identified a preferred pathway to connect Lac Knife directly to Hydro-Québec Clean Energy's, three-phase 34.5-kV grid.

The implications are significant:

→ ~50 km of new power line contemplated in the 2023 Feasibility Study
reduced to ~27.5 km under the preferred strategy
→ Potential for Hydro Québec to construct and maintain the principal distribution infrastructure
→ Preliminary Analysis points to more than 50% reduction in Focus's direct power-related capital requirements assumptions in the 2023 Feasibility Study
