Meet Pomona 🍎✨ Molly, our senior c***rmaker, shares some fun facts about this dessert c***r.

Made in limited quantities each year from hyslop crabapples, this decadent iced c***r begins with juice concentrated by freezing, then fermented with yeast also used in icew**e and Sauternes. A little time in barrels brings out notes of vanilla and spice, layered with ripe apricot, orange, and apple compote.

This is a decadent c***r made to celebrate the sweetest moments! ✨ Pair it with our bread pudding, rich cheeses and chocolate, or enjoy it as an apéritif. 🥂
