Most businesses don’t stall because of strategy.
They stall because of leadership.
One of the most important shifts in our growth hasn’t been a new investment strategy or market insight—it’s been how I lead.
Working with a business coach has fundamentally changed how I think about building a practice at scale. It forced me to step out of the operator mindset and into true leadership—where success is measured not by how much I do personally, but by bringing in external skillsets that support us in delivering excellence.
That shift isn’t easy. It requires letting go, getting uncomfortable, and being willing to be challenged.
But it’s also where real growth happens.
Today, we’re more intentional about how we operate—aligning roles with strengths, creating space for our team to excel, and building something that is far greater than any one individual.
At a certain level, success is no longer about individual performance—
it’s about collective excellence.
Thank you to Katie Wright and the positive impact she has made in our team.
It takes a village. And the right guidance can change everything.
