June is Men's Mental Health Month.

To quote NAMI, "There is often a strong focus on men’s physical health — fitness, annual checkups, and heart health — but mental well-being is equally as important because mental health is health!"

The Recovery Management Center is sharing this empowering message from To Write Love On Her Arms. It is a relatable and important reminder of the messaging boys have been given that growth into men. Women have messaging too. Together, we can heal what no longer is helpful or even true. Your thoughts?
