Two days at booth #65, dozens of conversations with police, public sector and critical infrastructure leaders.
The question that came back more than any other: Who actually runs this?

That is operational sovereignty in five words. It came up around mail, around messengers, around voice, around UEM.
The technology was rarely the sticking point. The operating model was.

Our Sales Director Manuel Sosna made the same point on Thursday in Forum 4.5.
Decisions about communication and operating models are not IT details.
They are strategic decisions with direct effects on incidents, investigations and public safety.

What we take home from Berlin:

Day 2 of the European Police Congress is on, and so is the talk we have been pointing to all week. Today at 15:40, our Sales Director Manuel Sosna takes the floor in Forum 4.5:
"Operative Souveränität: Von Mail bis Voice, sichere Kommunikation für Polizei und Innenverwaltung."
The core argument is simple. Decisions about communication and operating models are not IT details. They are strategic and operational decisions with direct effects on incidents, investigations and public safety.
